RIDE ASSURANCE

Built for the moment a ride does not go to plan.

EVERIDE’s 1-Year Ride Assurance creates a clear support path for eligible crash-related damage to cycling apparel. Send us your order number, clear photos and a short account of what happened. Each case is reviewed individually and we explain the support options available after review.

The program exists for the part of cycling that cannot always be planned.
01One-year scope

Eligible crash-related claims are reviewed within the program’s one-year scope.

02Case review

Every claim is assessed individually; support is not an automatic replacement.

03Clear evidence

Order details, clear photos and a short factual summary help us review the case.

WHAT IT IS FOR

A clear path for crash-related damage.

Ride Assurance is intentionally specific. It supports eligible crash-related claims; it does not turn every form of product damage into an automatic replacement.

01

Crash-related

The program is designed for eligible damage connected to a riding accident.

02

Reviewed individually

We assess the information you provide before confirming what support, if any, is available.

03

Support explained clearly

After review, we explain the next step rather than asking you to guess which support route applies.

04

Consumer rights stay separate

Ride Assurance does not replace statutory consumer rights or the normal support path for faulty, damaged-on-arrival or incorrect items.

HOW A CLAIM WORKS

Three steps. Keep the evidence simple.

You do not need to diagnose the damage or decide which outcome applies. Give us the facts first; we will review the case against the program scope.

WHAT TO PREPARE

What helps us review a claim.

A few useful details are more helpful than a long explanation. Start with the order, the damage and the incident.

01
Order numberUse the EVERIDE order number so the team can identify the purchase and item.
02
Clear photographsShow the affected area clearly and include enough context to understand the damage.
03
Short incident summaryExplain what happened and which item was affected in straightforward terms.
04
Anything else requestedIf additional information is needed during review, the support team will tell you exactly what to provide.

IMPORTANT BOUNDARIES

Clear scope matters as much as clear support.

The program is designed to create a fair review path for eligible crash-related issues. It is not a blanket guarantee covering every form of wear, damage or product concern.

01

Not automatic replacement

Submitting a claim starts a review. It does not guarantee a replacement, refund or any specific outcome.

02

Crash-related scope

Routine wear, non-crash issues, unsupported claims and matters outside the one-year scope should use the appropriate support path.

03

Consumer rights remain

Ride Assurance is separate from statutory consumer rights and does not reduce rights that apply to faulty or mis-supplied goods.

If you are unsure whether an issue belongs under Ride Assurance, contact EVERIDE first. The support team can route the case to the appropriate process.
