You may request a voluntary return for an eligible item within 60 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn except for reasonable indoor fitting, unwashed, unaltered and free from stains, odors, damage or other signs of use. Original tags must remain attached, with original product packaging included where reasonably possible.

For hygiene, please wear appropriate underwear when trying on bib shorts, shorts, tights or similar garments.

Contact EVERIDE before returning the item and include your order number and clear photographs where relevant. Approved claims are handled at no return cost to you.

Contact EVERIDE before sending anything back. Include your order number, the item, the reason for the request and, for an exchange, the replacement size you need. Do not send a parcel to an address unless it has been confirmed by support.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, less the applicable US$20 fee for a standard voluntary return. EVERIDE normally aims to inspect and process an approved refund within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received. Your payment provider may need additional time.

Unless clearly identified as non-returnable before purchase, discounted items remain eligible under this policy. Certain limited, customized, gift-card or other specifically excluded products may be non-returnable where permitted by applicable law.
