Built for mild-to-warm road and gravel riding, Bloom uses a 75% nylon / 25% elastane full-length construction that combines high stretch with a close compression fit. The elastane-rich fabric follows repeated hip and knee flexion through the pedal stroke, while source-specified moisture-wicking and quick-dry properties help manage perspiration during steady training and endurance riding.

The women-specific multi-density chamois uses a CONTINENTAL top fabric over a 65 kg/m³, 20 kPa comfort layer and a firmer 75 kg/m³, 30 kPa support layer. This layered construction is intended to balance cushioning with pressure support at the saddle interface without assigning a fixed ride-duration claim.

Stretch quick-dry bib straps help stabilize chamois position, low-profile anti-slip leg cuffs keep the full-length fit settled at the lower leg, and two open side pockets provide accessible storage for small essentials. EVERIDE positions Bloom for approximately 15–28°C use depending on effort, wind and layering; it is a breathable full-length bib tight rather than a thermal, windproof or waterproof layer.
