Built as a lightweight wind layer for changing road and urban conditions, Maple uses a 100% nylon shell and weighs just 70 g in size S. Its relaxed unisex cut is designed to layer over a jersey without adding insulation-heavy bulk, making it easy to carry and deploy when wind picks up or temperatures drop.

LAMEDA positions the shell as windproof and water repellent. EVERIDE therefore treats Maple as a wind-protective, light-rain layer rather than a waterproof rain shell. The textured 460T cool-touch fabric is also described as quick-drying and breathable, helping the vest remain usable during active riding rather than only on descents.
